While we do not have our own lot, there is ample (free!) street parking along Grand Avenue as well as the side streets. For an incremental $500 we can reserve the elementary school parking lot across the street from The Arbory. All proceeds go directly to the school.
Yes, we are BYOB! However we do require a licensed bartender to cork and serve all alcohol on premises. We recommend our clients work with a Garfield's or Benny's to make their alcohol purchase and coordinate with their catering partner to provide bartenders and mixers.
Our standard package comes with use of our fully embedded sound system, wifi, and two wireless microphones. We have a projector and screen available to rent for an incremental fee. If you are interested in a more customized package we would be happy to coordinate that for you.
There are many hotels nearby in the West Loop, Wicker Park and Downtown that are all a quick 5-15 minute drive. Some of our favorites include The Emily Hotel, The Hoxton, The Robey Chicago and Hyatt Place.
We make every effort to be able to host a one hour rehearsal for a small fee of $250, however the time and availability is not guaranteed due to our event schedule.
We welcome your dog, on leash, for the ceremony and any formal photos. We have to say goodbye to all pets as soon as food service begins.

No use of confetti is allowed within the building, as it easily stains floors. Sparklers are not allowed on sidewalks in Chicago.
During your event the Arbory Team is dedicated to making sure the venue is in perfect condition and your vendors have access to what they need. We do offer coordination for corporate events as well as a day of coordinating service for off season weddings (Jan-April). While we do not require our clients work with a coordinator/planner we highly recommend a day of planner at minimum to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible.
Yes, but they must be contained in a votive or hurricane. Open flames are not allowed anywhere within the building.
We cannot accept any deliveries ahead of your event. We are close to many FedEx or UPS pick-up stores should you need short term storage or package hold options.
We require all vendors working in their space to provide proof of insurance. In addition we require all clients hosting an event at The Arbory to purchase separate private event liability insurance. This insurance can be purchased online through a third party and typically costs between $100-$200 per event.
